Smart Event Templates
Smart Event Templates are predefined configurations created in the Agent Builder that serve as blueprints. These templates can be activated by users to create Active Smart Events - the actual running instances that monitor conditions and trigger workflows.
Architecture Flow
Template Creation: Define the trigger condition and action in Agent Builder
Workflow Setup: Create a workflow with "Smart Event" as the trigger type
Activation: Users activate templates to create running smart events
Execution: When conditions are met, the smart event fires and executes the associated workflow
