  1. SMART EVENTS (Strategy)

Overview

Overview

Smart Events is a powerful module in Loomlay that enables agents to create trigger-based workflows for automated trading and general automation tasks. The key innovation of Smart Events is their multi-user capability - a single agent can serve multiple users, with each user having their own personalized smart events.

Key Benefits:

  • Trigger agent actions based on arbitrary market conditions

  • Create sophisticated trading strategies with automated execution

  • Support multiple users per agent with isolated smart events

  • Flexible creation methods for different use cases

Core Concepts:

Smart Events work through a two-part system: Smart Event Templates are predefined configurations that serve as blueprints, while Active Smart Events are the actual running instances that monitor conditions and trigger workflows.

The architecture follows this flow: create a template defining trigger conditions, set up a corresponding workflow to handle the trigger, activate the template to create a running smart event, and when conditions are met, the workflow executes automatically.
